Nélson de Jesus Silva (or Dida) was born on 7 October 1973 in Bahia, Brazil. is a Brazilian football goalkeeper who plays for Campeonato Brasileiro Série A squad Sport Club Internacional. He first rose to prominence in Brazilian club football in the 1990s with EC Vitória, Cruzeiro EC and SC Corinthians, where he gained a reputation as a penalty-saving specialist
